Photo Rishta is a service-based platform offering personalized experiences such as photography sessions, venue bookings, and vendor coordination. Due to the custom and real-time nature of these services, standard refund and cancellation policies applicable to physical goods do not directly apply.

Why Refunds May Not Be Applicable

• Resource Blocking: Once a booking is confirmed, dedicated time and resources are reserved, making cancellations disruptive and financially impactful.
• Non-returnable Service: Services such as studio use, photography, and vendor time are irreversible once rendered or scheduled.
• Customization: Services are tailored to each client’s needs, making refunds impractical once the service process begins.
• Third-party Involvement: Some services rely on third-party providers who may follow independent cancellation rules, limiting our control.

Valid Scenarios for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• The booked service could not be fulfilled by us or the vendor.
• Duplicate or failed transactions resulting in excess charges.
• The customer raises a valid refund request within the specified window.

Refund Request Window

Customers must raise a refund or cancellation request within 48 hours of service delivery or scheduled booking time. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used by the customer.
